Our business and reputation is built on customer service. Our goal is to build
long term relationships by providing our customers with uncompromising parts
and service support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our technicians are trained and certified to troubleshoot and correct problems
on engine generator systems. They have hundreds of hours of training and many
years of experience servicing power generation systems.
We provide Parts, as well as Service and Preventative
Maintenance on all makes.
1. Parts
Varitech stocks many commonly used parts. In the event that necessary parts
are not in inventory, we can often get them the next day.
2. Service
Most critical applications require standby generator systems, however they
are rarely tested under full load conditions.
How much faith do you have that your system will perform in a real
emergency?
We provide Load bank testing that can test your generator completely through
all conditions up to and including full rated output without affecting your
critical load. In addition, it helps seat piston rings, can eliminate wet
stacking, removes harmful carbon deposits and helps you comply with NFPA &
Joint Commission requirements, all within a controlled environment.
Varitech also offers many other services including fueling service.
All services, repairs and PM’s include a detailed service report for your
records. We also maintain a service file for all of our customers, in the
event that yours are ever lost or destroyed.
3. Preventative Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance helps insure that your standby generator provides
the security, protection and reliability that you deserve. Our customer database
tracks your equipment service records. You have the peace of mind knowing
that we will contact you when service is due; one less thing you have to keep
track of.
At a minimum, we recommend Semi-Annual Services consisting of a Level A Inspection
visit and a Level B Service visit in alternating 6-month intervals, however
you can choose your level of protection.
Annual Service consists of a single Level B visit every 12 months.
